To develop our already successful evening operation and continue to expand into weekend deliveries, we are now seeking an Evening and Weekend Coordinator. The successful applicant will oversee our evening and weekend operation, which specialises in the collection and delivery of end of day surplus food from high-end central London prepared food outlets such as Eat, Gails and Coco di Mama to charities that provide meals for their clients. This aspect of our business is in its infancy and we expect the successful applicant to substantially increase the volume of collections from the current level.
Established early in 2016, The Felix Project has already built up a reputation amongst our suppliers and charities for being professional and friendly. This role is essential to the continuance of our reputation.

With proven leadership experience in the charity or commercial sector you must bring a passion for our work and an ability to translate strategy into action. You will be leading us from successful start-up to a more established and growing organisation, which now needs to be underpinned with more rigorous process, systems and management. We therefore seek experience in driving organisational growth and aligning resources to support this, together with expertise in introducing effective monitoring, evaluation, and performance management to ensure we’re delivering against our strategic objectives and can demonstrate impact.
Alongside these skills we are looking for an inspirational and entrepreneurial leader who can galvanise and optimise the performance of our team and dedicated volunteers. You will be someone who can think strategically but is not afraid to roll their sleeves up and has an energetic, positive and can-do approach. To be successful you will also be adept at managing a range of stakeholders & be credible as an external ambassador, equipped with excellent communication and influencing skills to promote and continue to raise the profile of The Felix Project.
